Absolutely, weluvsale.com is still open for business and you can continue to place orders for products from our diverse product range.

 Will my package still be delivered on time?

Our fulfilment centres and the delivery companies they work with across the world are doing all they can to meet delivery dates as normal. Estimated time to ship goods is shown on our product details pages.

Major local and global couriers that are used to fulfil our orders are still operational and adjusting their working practices to cater for specific country restrictions. Where there are restrictions, these typically affect specific regions or specific countries and will affect all deliveries in that area for a period of time.

Due to the unprecedented nature of the situation, we ask for your understanding and patience where there are instances of late order arrivals due to circumstances outside of our control.

 Is it safe to receive packages and products?

There is no evidence at this time to show that Coronavirus can be spread via products or packaging. You may see some local delivery practices change (such as no signatures required, social distancing and other measures) in order to protect delivery staff and you, and to keep the global distribution network operating as efficiently as possible.

After an order has been placed, its immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 1-3 business days. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details

Do you deliver products internationally?

We ship our products worldwide. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!

Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our products are available to everyone.

I placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 

Since we have multiple different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... Rest assured, they will get to you.

I put wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Can I pay cash upon delivery? / Can I cc you the money personally because I do not have a credit card.

Unfortunately our operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions and Paypal. This is to ensure our customers get their consumer protection and also our business is validated.
